Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre has affordable, comedy shows seven nights a week in NYC and LA. Watch the best improv, sketch and standup in the country. Our original comedy video productions have garnered the national spotlight. We also run the first nationally accredited improv and sketch comedy school in the country. BEASTMASTERS: Up From The Mic
BEASTMASTERS: Up From The Mic is a monthly stand-up comedy show that spotlights up and coming stand-up comedians from the NYC open mic scene and pairs them with veteran special guests.
How it works:
Every Friday at 7pm is the Hot Chicks Room Open Mic at UCBeast. Every show we'll give two comics who rock it at the mic a chance to perform at this show. Then, to keep things extra exciting, we'll draw two names from a bucket at the start of the show to perform in special wildcard slots. We end the night with a special guest.
