Brian McElhaney

Brian McElhaney grew up in Atlanta, which means he pronounces "pen" like "pin" and can't tell the difference.

After graduating from the Film program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Brian formed the sketch comedy duo "BriTANicK" with Nick Kocher. Their internet videos have amassed over 25 million views worldwide, and attracted fans from the likes of Gary Oldman to Steven Wright to Ashton Kutcher. Under BriTANicK, Brian has been thrice nominated for an ECNY Award and once nominated at the inaugural Comedy Awards for Comedy Central, for which BriTANicK also created video content. He has also been profiled in Time Magazine, The Huffington Post, Time Out New York, Variety, The Onion AV Club, G4TV, and IFC. He currently performs new sketch, stand-up, and improv monthly at the UCB Chelsea Theater in BriTANicK's "Mankerthon".

In 2010, his short film "Eagles Are Turning People Into Horses" ran as an official selection at The Slamdance Film Festival and South By Southwest. It is currently the most viewed NYU thesis film on the internet.

Independent of BriTANicK, he has acted opposite Charlize Theron in Jason Reitman's "Young Adult", Russell Brand in a deleted scene of "Arthur", Minka Kelly in the upcoming "Searching For Sonny", and Nathan Fillion in Joss Whedon's surprise adaptation of "Much Ado About Nothing".

Along with Nick Kocher, he is also one half of the voice of Cartoon Network.
