Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre has affordable, comedy shows seven nights a week in NYC and LA. Watch the best improv, sketch and standup in the country. Our original comedy video productions have garnered the national spotlight. We also run the first nationally accredited improv and sketch comedy school in the country. Lydia Hensler
Lydia Hensler is Writer, Performer and Teacher at UCB. You can see her every Saturday Night at 10:30pm at UCB Chelsea performing with her team Grandma's Ashes in their show Grandma's Ashes Gets Dark. Lydia is co-creator and co-host of Ladie's Night: Men Welcome, a female variety show (UCB East). She also understudies for the weekly sketch team Stone Cold Fox, so look for her (Fridays 7:30pm, UCB Chelsea) when there's a flu going around.

Her film credits include the independant feature Laid Off, and the short film Sleep Well.
Lydia is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and The Rod Serling School of Fine Arts (yeah, the Twilight Zone guy..)
